Privacy Policy
Effective date: 12 October 2026
This policy describes how MARTYNAT s.r.o. handles personal information in connection with the website purestanza.online. It covers that website and nothing else.
MARTYNAT s.r.o. Pod Hájkem 814/4, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic Company registration: 29126541 info@purestanza.onlineMARTYNAT s.r.o. is the entity responsible for the site and for anything described below. Personal information connected with the site is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, which the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner publishes at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles.
The scope is narrow because the site is narrow. purestanza.online is a static publication: a five-step course, its checklists, and a handful of supporting pages. It has no accounts, no forms, no shop and no comment section. Links in the course lead to other organisations' websites, including the affiliate link to the example game and the Australian public bodies the course cites. Those sites are not covered here and have their own policies.
The Australian Privacy Principles, one by one
APP 1 — Open and transparent management of personal information
This page is the practical expression of that principle. It is published without a login, linked from the footer of every page on the site, and written to be read rather than skimmed. It names the responsible entity, says what is collected, why, where it goes and for how long, and gives a working email address for questions, access requests and complaints. When it changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
APP 2 — Anonymity and pseudonymity
You can read every page of this site without identifying yourself. There is nothing to sign in to and nothing to fill in. If you write to us, a pseudonymous email address is perfectly acceptable and we will answer it. The single exception is a request to access or correct personal information, where we need enough information to be reasonably satisfied that we are dealing with the right person.
APP 3 — Collection of solicited personal information
Two categories exist, and there is no third.
Server access logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary web server entries when a page is requested: the IP address making the request, the date and time, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and the user-agent string that identifies the browser and operating system. We do not ask for these; they are produced by the act of serving a web page.
Emails you send. If you write to info@purestanza.online we receive your email address, any name you choose to give, the content of your message and any attachment you include.
Nothing else is collected. There are no forms, no accounts, no newsletter, no progress tracking, no quizzes, no cookies, no web fonts, no analytics, no advertising tags, no profiling and no cross-site tracking. The checklists do not record which boxes you have ticked. The site requests nothing from any other server, so no third party learns that you visited it.
APP 4 — Dealing with unsolicited personal information
Occasionally an email contains personal information we did not ask for and do not need in order to reply — details of other people, documents attached by mistake, or information about a matter we cannot help with. Where it is lawful and reasonable to do so, we delete that information rather than keeping it.
APP 5 — Notification of the collection of personal information
This page is the notification, and it is available before you send anything. The contact page repeats the essentials beside the email address itself: what happens to your message, how long it is kept, and that it is never added to a mailing list.
APP 6 — Use or disclosure of personal information
Access logs are used for keeping the site available and secure, identifying and preventing abuse, and diagnosing faults. Emails are used to reply to you. Neither is used for anything else.
We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information for marketing, and we do not provide it to data brokers or advertising networks. The only disclosures that occur are to the service providers named under APP 8, who hold the information in order to operate the site and the mailbox, and to an authority where the law requires it or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
APP 7 — Direct marketing
We do not carry out direct marketing of any kind. There is no mailing list, no newsletter, no course reminder, no re-engagement email and no advertising audience built from anything here. If you write to us, you will receive a reply and nothing further.
APP 8 — Cross-border disclosure of personal information
Two recipients exist. Our hosting provider holds the access logs, and our email service provider holds our mailbox. We do not name them in this policy, and their facilities may be located outside Australia; the data may therefore be stored or processed outside Australia, including in countries whose privacy laws differ from Australian law. MARTYNAT s.r.o. is itself established in the Czech Republic, so correspondence sent to us is read there. No other organisation receives personal information from this site.
APP 9 — Adoption, use or disclosure of government related identifiers
This principle has no practical application here: no government-related identifier is adopted, used or disclosed by this site, and none is requested from readers.
APP 10 — Quality of personal information
The only personal information we hold that could be wrong is what is in an email, and you are the person who wrote it. If something we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, write to us and we will correct it. Access log entries are machine-generated records of events and are not amended, though they can be deleted on request where we are able to identify them.
APP 11 — Security of personal information
The site is served over HTTPS, so what passes between your browser and the server is encrypted in transit. There is no database, no stored form submission and no reader account to be breached, because none of those things exists. The hosting account and the mailbox are protected by access controls and are available only to people working for MARTYNAT s.r.o. who need them. We make no claim to hold any security certification or to meet any particular standard, because we hold none.
Information is destroyed or de-identified when the retention periods below are reached.
APP 12 — Access to personal information
You may ask what personal information we hold about you. Write to info@purestanza.online with Privacy request in the subject line. There is no charge for making a request. We reply within 30 days. In practice the answer is usually short: either a copy of the email correspondence we hold with you, or that we hold nothing identifiable.
APP 13 — Correction of personal information
Use the same address and the same subject line to ask for a correction. We reply within 30 days. If we decide not to make a correction, we will say why in writing and tell you how to complain about that decision.
How long each category is kept
| Category | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Server access logs | Availability, security, abuse prevention, fault diagnosis | 30 days, then deleted or overwritten |
| Email correspondence | Replying to you | 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it is needed for a legal claim |
Affiliate links
The course contains paid affiliate links to the example game used throughout, explained in full on the funding page. Following one takes you off purestanza.online. From that moment you are on someone else's website: World of Warships and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains to record that the referral came from us, under their own privacy notices rather than this one. We do not control that and cannot switch it off from here.
What comes back to MARTYNAT s.r.o. is a commission report from the network — counts of referrals and amounts payable. We use those reports only to reconcile payments. We do not seek, request or attempt to derive information identifying individual readers from them.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled personal information, write to info@purestanza.online and describe what occurred. We will acknowledge the complaint and answer it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. The OAIC sets out how at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.
Data breaches
If we become aware of unauthorised access to, or disclosure or loss of, personal information connected with this site, we assess it promptly. Where serious harm to an affected person is likely, we notify the people affected and the OAIC in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Children
This site is not directed at people under 16. It is written for adults setting up or supervising a game account, and parts of the course are explicitly addressed to a parent. We collect nothing that would identify a child, and nothing on the site invites a young person to send us information.
Readers in the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom
MARTYNAT s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the following applies in addition to the above.
The legal basis for keeping server access logs is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and available website. The legal basis for handling email correspondence is taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering you. There is no consent basis anywhere, because there are no cookies, no tracking and no marketing to consent to.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection in respect of the limited information described above, exercisable by writing to info@purestanza.online. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz, or with the authority in your own country of residence.
Changes to this policy
When this policy is revised, the effective date at the top is updated. Where a change is material — a new recipient, a new category of information, a longer retention period — a short note describing it is shown at the top of this page for 30 days after the change.

Questions about this policy, access requests, correction requests and complaints all go to the same place.
