Post reaches us, but email is faster, and a correction to a page is easier to act on when it arrives in writing with the page address in it.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. If a step says something inaccurate, out of date or unclear, tell us which page and which sentence. This is the most useful message we receive.
  • Broken links. Public bodies reorganise their sites; we would rather hear it from you than find it at the next review.
  • Accessibility problems. If something on the site is hard to read, hard to operate by keyboard, or prints badly, we want to know.
  • Privacy requests. Put Privacy request in the subject line. The Privacy Policy explains what we can access and correct, which is very little, because very little exists.
  • Questions about the affiliate arrangement. The funding page answers most of them; ask if it does not answer yours.

What belongs somewhere else

We are not a game publisher and have no access to anyone's game account, so some things cannot be dealt with here, however much we might want to help.

  • Account problems, billing, refunds or bans belong with the publisher of the game concerned, through its own support channel. We cannot see, reopen, restore or refund anything.
  • Technical support for a game belongs with the same publisher. Step 4 explains how to recognise which kind of problem you have, but the fix is theirs.
  • Reports of serious online abuse belong with the game's reporting system and, in Australia, with the eSafety Commissioner. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police.
  • Scam reports can be made to Scamwatch, run by the National Anti-Scam Centre.
  • Privacy complaints about a game publisher rather than about this site can go to the OAIC, which publishes the complaint process on its own site.

What happens to your email

It is held in our mailbox with our email service provider, which may store it outside Australia, and kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation unless it is needed for a legal claim. It is not added to any list, because there is no list. We do not send marketing, and there is nothing to unsubscribe from. Anything you send that we do not need in order to reply is deleted where it is lawful and reasonable to do so. The Privacy Policy sets all of this out principle by principle.

You may write under a pseudonym. The one exception is a request to access or correct personal information, where we need enough detail to be sure we are answering the right person.
