These terms apply to your use of purestanza.online, published by MARTYNAT s.r.o., Pod Hájkem 814/4, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company registration 29126541. Reading the site means accepting them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What the site is

purestanza.online publishes a five-step informational course about starting an online PC game on a desktop computer, together with checklists and supporting pages. It is general information for a general audience. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer, technical or security advice — and it is not a substitute for advice about your own circumstances from someone qualified to give it.

The course is not accredited training. There is no enrolment, no assessment, no qualification and no certificate, and completing it confers no status. Nothing on the site creates a student relationship, a support obligation or any ongoing duty to you.

Accuracy and change

We write the course carefully and review it, as described on the About page. Even so, product details, prices, system requirements, terms of service and the websites of third parties change frequently and without notice to us. Any description of a product here may be out of date by the time you read it. Before acting on anything in the course, check the position with the vendor concerned, on that vendor's own website.

We may change, add to or remove any part of the site at any time, including these terms. The effective date above is updated when these terms change.

Third-party sites

The course links to other websites, including Australian public bodies and the paid affiliate links explained on the funding page. Those sites are operated by other organisations. We do not control their content, their availability, their terms or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement or a warranty about what you will find there. Your dealings with any third party, including creating an account or paying for anything, are between you and that party.

Your use of the site

You may read, print and share the pages for your own non-commercial use, including printing the checklists for a household or a classroom. The text, layout and code remain the property of MARTYNAT s.r.o. Republishing substantial parts commercially, or presenting the course as someone else's work, is not permitted. Brand names belong to their owners, as the notice in the footer of every page records.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, to access parts of the hosting account that are not public, or to use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the server.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights apply in full and take precedence over anything written here.

Subject to that, the site and its content are provided as they are, and to the extent the law permits we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the information here, from any interruption to the site, or from your dealings with any third party reached through it. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the information again or to the reasonable cost of having it supplied again.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where MARTYNAT s.r.o. is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. This does not displace the consumer protections available to you under the law of Australia, or of the place where you ordinarily live, where that law gives you rights that cannot be contracted out of.
